Business Principles
QC ENGINEERS OF CO. Incorporation has built its reputation on co-operation and collaboration as opposed to claims and confrontation. Queries are raised in a straightforward, non-contractual manner with alternative solutions for consideration. Programs include a detailed analysis of pre-commencement procedures, which are monitored weekly using our standard progress reporting system.
Financial Control
The financial controls of our projects’ form a central part of our overall management systems. Changes affecting our works are recorded in writing using pro-forma documentation. Monthly applications for payment include a full summary of the anticipated final account value, with an analysis of the current status of all additions and revisions. All of this is carried out in a proactive manner with frequent discussions preferred to heavy correspondence.
